Autopay Membership FAQ

Your membership comes with the number of passes on your membership agreement. The passes are valid for 30 days starting from the day your membership renews or your bill date (automatic payment date). For example if you’re on the 8 Classes/Month membership and your monthly bill date is on the 15th of the month, your passes will be active from November 15-December 14. When your membership renews again on December 15th, your new passes will be active from December 15-January 14. Keep in mind, unused passes do not carry over.

Yes, as an Autopay member you can get a discount on “Additional Class” passes. All you have to do is pay for the Additional Class pass online in advance, then you can use it to book your class.

There is no daily restriction on how many classes you can take, some of our members love to take 2 or 3 classes per day. Go with the schedule that works best for you and your individual fitness goals.

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, and AMEX.

There are a few ways you can update your credit card information:

online customer dashboard

Contact us immediately so that we can stop the automatic payment before it tries to withdraw and decline. Keep in mind, there is a $25 fee for declined payments (after 3 days in a row of failed withdrawal attempts).

In addition to discounted Additional Classes, you will get access to Members Only events such as specialized pop-up classes, parties, discounts off merch, and other fun community events. If you are on the 8 Classes/Month or 12 Classes/Month tier you get complimentary Open Practice sessions (Class prerequisites may be required).

We can pause your membership for 1 month at a time for up to 2 months consecutively. If you need longer or additional pauses, we can process them for a membership hold fee of $10/month. Medical pauses can be arranged with a doctor’s note with their recommended time you need for recovery. For pause requests please email info@brassvixens.com at least 5 business days before your membership renewal/bill date so that we have time to apply the changes before your next auto payment comes out. We can also pause mid-month or mid-cycle if you want to pause right after an automatic payment has been made so that you can carry over your passes to the next month, if you want your pause to align with your vacation plans instead of your membership bill date.

Finding that your schedule has opened up and you want to take more classes, or you’re too busy and can’t take as many as you thought? We can change your membership tier for the next bill period. Just email us at info@brassvixens.com at least 5 business days before your membership renewal/bill date so that we have time to apply the changes before your next auto payment comes out. If you are mid-commitment there is a $25 service fee to downgrade. Upgrades are always free.

Your membership will simply continue to renew on a month-to-month basis at the same monthly rate.

Please email info@brassvixens.com at least 5 business days before your membership renewal/bill date if you want to cancel your membership before your next auto payment withdraws. There are only cancellation fees if you cancel your membership before your minimum commitment is finished, the fees are listed in your signed contract.

Note: We currently require notification of cancellation at least 5 business days before the next bill date. If you contact us with less than 5 business days of notification, you will be charged on your next bill date as normal. Your cancellation will go through on the next bill date. For example, if you are typically billed on Monday the 10th of the month and contact us on the Friday the 7th to cancel, you will still be charged on Monday the 10th because you did not give us 5 business days notification. Your cancellation will go through on the 10th of the following month.
