WHO CAN PURCHASE FROM THE BOXING WEEK SALE?

Anyone and everyone! But, it’s first come, first serve so be sure to arrive, call or get online early to get your favourite package.

WHEN DOES IT RUN UNTIL?

Our sale starts Friday December 26 and we will be accepting purchases in studio and online While the sale will run until Friday January 2nd, we have limited quantities of each package and we anticipate many will sell out before then.

WHAT IF I’M ALREADY ON A MEMBERSHIP/AM AN AUTOPAY MEMBER?

If you are already on an autopay membership, you may purchase the new membership and replace your current membership. Please note that buying a new autopay membership doesn’t automatically cancel your current one, so please email us at INFO@BRASSVIXENS.COM and give us at least 5 business days notice before your next monthly renewal so we can make the switch for you!

WHAT IF I PURCHASED A PREPAID (UPFRONT) MEMBERSHIP THAT STILL HASN’T ENDED?

If you still have time left on an existing prepaid membership and want to purchase another membership, simply purchase your membership of choice, send us an email, and we can delay the start date to begin after your previous prepaid membership is complete.

WHAT IF I’M NOT READY TO START MY MEMBERSHIP?

You can delay your start date of your membership up to 90 Days from Purchase Date to use up current class packs or memberships. Please note payment is still required at time of purchase, and no holds or refunds are available.

WHAT DO I GET WITH MY UPFRONT MEMBERSHIP?

Glad you asked! In addition to joining Brass Vixens and being part of one of the best fitness communities in town (if we say so ourselves!), you will receive the following:

• Free Open Practice (for level 2 students and up)
• 10% Off most merch in our Vixen Boutique
• Discounted Additional Classes if you run out of credits
• Complimentary guest passes for friends who are new to the studio – You get a unique link to gift to your friend to sign up for their first class free
• Access to Members-Only events and pop-up classes

WHAT IF I HAVE TO PAUSE MY UPFRONT MEMBERSHIP?

Upfront memberships cannot be paused. We recommend waiting to activate your membership if you know you’ll be away or need a break soon (you can delay your start date up to 90 days from purchase!).

I BOUGHT A 3-MONTH UPFRONT MEMBERSHIP THAT INCLUDES 8 CLASSES PER MONTH. WHY DOES MY ACCOUNT SHOW 24 CLASS CREDITS INSTEAD OF 8 PER MONTH?

We’ve set up our upfront memberships so that all your class credits for the full term are available right away. For example, a 3-Month Upfront Membership includes a total of 24 class credits (3 months × 8 classes). This setup gives you a bit more flexibility in case you need to miss a week or double up another time.
It’s still your responsibility to pace yourself and use roughly 8 classes per month for the best consistency and progress — but you have the freedom to adjust your schedule as needed within your membership period.

WHAT IF I RUN OUT OF CREDITS ON MY UPFRONT MEMBERSHIP BEFORE MY TERM IS OVER?

Woohoo! Look at you go! That means you’re taking more classes than you originally planned and are really making the most of your membership. If you use up all your credits before your term ends, no worries— we’ve got your back. You can purchase additional classes at a members-only discounted rate of $29 per class, so you can keep dancing right through the end of your term.

WHAT IF I MOVE OR HAVE TO CANCEL?

First of all, we’ll miss you! All sales are final, but if you are unable to use your membership for any reason, we can issue a one-time assignment of your membership to a friend or family member, so your deal doesn’t go to waste!
