WHO CAN PURCHASE FROM THE CYBER FLASH SALE?
Anyone and everyone! But, it’s first come, first serve so be sure to arrive, call or get online early to get your favourite package.
WHEN DOES IT RUN UNTIL?
The flash sale starts Monday December 2 and we will be taking in studio, online, and phone purchases. You’ll notice that we have very limited quantities of each item. While the sale will run until Friday December 6, we anticipate many items selling out before then.
WHAT IF I’M ALREADY ON A MEMBERSHIP/AM AN AUTOPAY MEMBER?
If you are on a current membership, you may prepay for the new membership and pause your membership (ie. If you are mid-contract we can pause your autopay so that you can resume it after your upfront membership is expired. If you are month-to-month, contact us to change your membership.) Simply choose the package deal of your choice and we can adjust the start date to align with your current membership renewal date – PLEASE CONTACT US AT INFO@BRASSVIXENS.COM TO ARRANGE THIS! Note that you can not be released from your current membership if you purchase a Class Pass – but you can use it to “top up” your current membership, or hold onto it until your membership term is completed.
WHAT IF I HAVE A PREPAID (UPFRONT) MEMBERSHIP THAT STILL HASN’T ENDED?
If you still have time left on an existing prepaid membership and want to purchase another prepaid membership, simply purchase your membership of choice, send us an email, and we can delay the start date to begin after your previous membership is complete.
WHAT IF I’M NOT READY TO START MY MEMBERSHIP?
You can delay your start date of your membership up to 90 Days from Purchase Date to use up current class packs or memberships (PLEASE EMAIL US AT INFO@BRASSVIXENS TO ARRANGE THIS). Please note payment is still required at time of purchase, and no holds or refunds are available.
WHAT DO I GET WITH MY UPFRONT MEMBERSHIP?
Glad you asked! In addition to joining Brass Vixens and being part of one of the best fitness communities in town (if we say so ourselves!), you will receive the following:

Complimentary guest passes for friends who are new to the studio – You get a unique link to gift to your friend to sign up for their first class free!

WHAT IF I HAVE TO PAUSE MY UPFRONT MEMBERSHIP?
Ready for a vacay or just need a break? No worries! Our 12 Month Upfront membership can be frozen for 2 months and our 4 month upfront can be frozen for 1 month. Need a longer break due to injury or illness? Our maximum medical suspension is up to 12 months with written directive from a physician. If (god-forbid) there is another pandemic or we were unable to operate, all memberships will be frozen as-is. We’ve got your back!
WHAT IF I MOVE OR HAVE TO CANCEL?
First of all, we’ll miss you! All sales are final, but if you are unable to use your membership for any reason, we can issue a one-time assignment of your membership to a friend or family member, so your deal doesn’t go to waste!
CLASS PASS DEALS WITH FREE GIFT CARD: HOW DO I GIVE MY FREE GIFT CARD TO MY FRIEND? CAN I USE IT FOR MYSELF?
To send your gift card to a friend, simply give us your gift recipient’s first name, last name and email address and we will deliver an e-gift card to their email address. Alternatively you can come in person and we will give you a physical gift card. Sorry, the gift card cannot be used for yourself as the Class Pass is already discounted and the freebie is an added bonus to get that friend who’s been wanting to come to Brass Vixens to finally take the next step!
