Energy Exchange – Queen West Studio

Brass Vixens is seeking friendly, reliable and self-motivated individuals to support our Queen West studio through an energy exchange role, helping keep our space clean, welcoming, and community-centered.

Location: Queen West (721 Queen Street West, 2nd Floor), closest intersection Queen St. West and Bathurst St.

Availability: Must be available for at least 2 shifts per week: Weekday evenings and weekends, especially Sunday afternoons.
We ask for at least an 8-week commitment, with preference for long-term placements.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients with a friendly, positive attitude and help them feel at home in our studio
• Support the front desk with day-to-day tasks and check-ins
• Keep studio, waiting area and facilities clean, tidy, and welcoming
• Assist clients in the retail boutique, including helping with sizing, answering questions, and processing purchases
• Count and organize inventory and supplies
• Help maintain a tidy, inviting boutique and set up merchandise displays
• Make sure studio equipment and items are ready and welcoming for classes
• Laundry as needed
• Help with light administrative tasks, such as scanning, uploading, and sorting documents
• Jump in wherever needed to support the studio and our community
