Activates on date of first class reservation
Beach Vixens 6.0 Retreat
- Playa del Carmen, Mexico – October 7-14
- 18 hours of pole, floorwork, conditioning and stretching
- Transportation to and from the airport, to and from the studios
- Luxury accommodations with pool, close to 5th Abe and the beach
- All meals included: gourmet dinners by a private chef & staff (can accommodate all food restrictions and requests)
- Private boat excursion and snorkeling + swimming
- Visit to local cenote – 1 beach photoshoot – local taco tour – goodie bag

WHO CAN PURCHASE FROM THE SUMMER FLASH SALE?
Anyone and everyone! But, it’s first come, first serve so be sure to arrive/call/get online early to get your favourite package.
WHEN DOES IT RUN UNTIL?
We open for shopping on Tuesday July 9 and we will be taking in studio, online, and phone purchases. You’ll notice that we have very limited quantities of each item. While the sale will run until Sunday July 14, we anticipate many items selling out before then.
WHAT IF I’M ALREADY ON A MEMBERSHIP/AM AN AUTOPAY MEMBER?
If you are on a current membership, you may prepay for the new membership and replace your current membership (ie. you will be released from your current term or we will add this to the end of your current membership), or we can simply freeze the Autopay Membership until the end of your Upfront Membership so that you can keep your current monthly rate. Simply choose the package deal of your choice and we can adjust the start date to align with your current membership renewal date – PLEASE CONTACT US TO ARRANGE THIS! Note that you can not be released from your current membership if you purchase a Class Pass – but you can use it to “top up” your current membership, or hold onto it until your membership term is completed.
WHAT IF I PURCHASED A PREPAID (UPFRONT) MEMBERSHIP THAT STILL HASN’T ENDED?
If you still have time left on an existing prepaid membership and want to purchase another prepaid membership, simply purchase your membership of choice, send us an email, and we can delay the start date to begin after your previous membership is complete.
WHAT IF I’M NOT READY TO START MY MEMBERSHIP?
You can delay your start date of your membership up to 90 Days from Purchase Date to use up current class packs or memberships. Please note payment is still required at time of purchase, and no holds or refunds are available.
WHAT DO I GET WITH MY UPFRONT MEMBERSHIP?
Glad you asked! In addition to joining Brass Vixens and being part of one of the best fitness communities in town (if we say so ourselves!), you will receive the following:
- Complimentary Goal Consultation with our Vixen Concierge service (please contact us at 416-901-2848 or info@brassvixens.com to book)
- Complimentary guest passes for friends who are new to the studio – You get a unique link to gift to your friend to sign up for their first class free!
- Free Open Practice (for level 2 students and up)
WHAT IF I HAVE TO PAUSE MY MEMBERSHIP?
Ready for a vacay or just need a break? Upfront memberships can be frozen for 1 month max. Autopay memberships can be frozen for 1 month at time, non-consecutively, twice per calendar year. Need a longer break due to injury or illness? Our maximum medical suspension is up to 12 months with written directive from a physician. If (god-forbid) there is another pandemic or we were unable to operate, all memberships will be frozen as-is. We’ve got your back!
WHAT IF I MOVE OR HAVE TO CANCEL?
First of all, we’ll miss you! All sales are final, but if you are unable to use your membership for any reason, we can issue a one-time assignment of your membership to a friend or family member, so your deal doesn’t go to waste!
